ANNUAL CHAPTER REPORTS
Each chapter needs to submit an annual chapter report each year by June 30. There are now TWO ways to satisfy this requirement.
1. Chapters can now post on social media about the great things their chapter has been/is doing. At least one post is required and a PTS national account must be tagged (either on Instagram @pitausigma.international or LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/ company/pi-tau-sigma). The deadline for this is June 30. Posts do not have to come from an official chapter account, as not all chapters have that.
2. Submit a written PDF report via email to the National Secretary-Treasurer. Reports should be submitted after April 15 and before June 30. Instructions below.
Chapters can choose the social media report, traditional report, or both but only one type is required.
Even though submitting a report before the June 30th deadline is one of the requirements for a chapter to acquire the good standing status, please try to submit your report, even after the deadline, for the sake of documenting what you have accomplished and the history of your chapter and Pi Tau Sigma, in general.
Activities can be documented with accompanying pictures, flyers, etc. The extent of Pi Tau Sigma’s contribution in organizing events/activities and level of participation needs to be documented. Please make sure to highlight all volunteer community activities and charity fundraisers.
All reports should be electronically be submitted to National Secretary-Treasurer.
