Annual Convention General Information
The Purdue University Beta Chapter of Pi Tau Sigma is thrilled to host the National Convention from April 10-12, 2026.

Stipends:
The base travel stipend this year will be $900 per chapter. Chapters who are In Good Standing with the national office will receive an additional $100. As done last year, chapters who send at least one representative to the convention will apply for the stipend immediately after the convention via an online form, and a physical check will be mailed to the entity and address they specify.
Airports:
- IND: Indianapolis, ~80 minute drive from Purdue, shuttle service
- ORD: Chicago, ~150 minute drive from Purdue, shuttle service
- MDW: Chicago, ~140 minute drive from Purdue
- LAF: Purdue University Airport, ~10 minute drive from Purdue
Airport Transportation:
- Shuttles run between O’Hare and Indy airport and Purdue
- Prefers reservations (1 week in advance)
- One-way fare is $30 from IND, $60 from ORD
- Drop-off at PMU
- Requires reservations (24+ hours in advance)
- Round-trip fare is $45 from IND, $110 from ORD
- Drop-off at recommended hotel or Purdue Memorial Union
Hotels:
- The registration page lists two recommended hotels near campus. You can find more information on the registration page when we post it this week.
Convention Transportation:
- We will be bussing people between campus, the recommended hotels, and any other venues that we are scheduled to go to. If you would like to travel somewhere else near Purdue that is not on the itinerary, or if you are staying later than the scheduled pickup time, you will have to provide your own transportation (walking or a rideshare app).
Registration Fee:
- The registration fee will be $100 per attendee.
