The Texas Tech University Sigma Epsilon Chapter of Pi Tau Sigma is thrilled to host the National Convention from March 7th-9th, 2025. 

To encourage chapters to attend our upcoming national convention March 7th-9th on the 

campus of Texas Tech University, the national board has approved the following travel stipend policy:

-all attending chapters will receive a base travel reimbursement stipend of $800 per chapter

-a chapter that is currently In Good Standing will received an additional $100 of travel stipend

-a chapter that registers early (by February 1) will receive an additional $100 of travel stipend. 

Hence, the floor for a given chapter’s travel stipend is $800, and a chapter that is In Good Standing and registers early can get as much as $1000. As in previous years, the stipend will be issued as a single physical check in the weeks after the convention once we have the final attendee list.
