You may use a fourth page for pictures with captions, if you so desire.<\/p><p>Holding a convention requires a lot of planning and hard work. In your bid, please consider the logistics of airline connections, hotel availability and proximity to the convention, ground transportation, and most of all, your plans in attracting sponsors for
