Boston University Alpha Mu led two registration advice sessions this year. The group set up a table with food in the middle of the Boston University College of Engineering’s most popular study space. We gave underclassmen advisement regarding which classes to take within the Mechanical Engineering Department, as well as advice regarding the registration process as a whole. Since many of our members are involved in other departments, we also gave additional registration advice regarding classes in the other engineering departments. These registration sessions developed over the course of the year, and became a good forum for student knowledge regarding the best classes and professors for engineering degree requirements.
